containing a large washing sink (easily converted to a washer dryer for long term rentals), ample storage area
and stairs to the main level.
The main level contains the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The living room opens on to a deck with
fantastic views overlooking the confluence of the Baru and Guabo Rivers. From the deck you can go into one of
the bedrooms with a double bed, river views, screens and fan. The large loft is above the living room and
contains a double bed, river view, screened windows and fan.
